ISLAMABAD, Oct 01 (APP): Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) has secured first position in the Labour category at the Global Compact Network Pakistan (GCNP) Sustainability Awards 2026.
The award was presented at a ceremony held at a local hotel. The event was also attended by representatives of leading organisations and sustainability practitioners from across the country.
The recognition reflects ARL’s efforts in promoting responsible employment practices, employee well-being, human rights, diversity and employee engagement.
It also acknowledges the company’s broader efforts towards social responsibility and sustainable business practices.
According to ARL, the achievement reinforces its people-centric approach and commitment to the principles of the United Nations Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals.
The GCNP Sustainability Awards recognise organisations for their commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.
