ISLAMABAD, Oct 14 (APP): A workshop on self-care and healthy lifestyle practices was held at the Health Services Academy (HSA) as part of the pre-conference activities of the 16th Annual International Public Health Conference, highlighting the importance of preventive healthcare and healthy habits in reducing non-communicable diseases.
