ISLAMABAD, Oct 02 (APP): The registrar office Islamabad High Court (IHC) cancelled the cause list of Chief Justice Sardar Muhammad Sarfraz Dogar’s court due to his non-availability.
According to details, besides a case challenging the 50 percent increase in toll tax rates, two cases against the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Office Islamabad were also fixed for hearing in Chief Justice Sarfraz Dogar’s court.
However, the cause list was cancelled due to the non-availability of the Chief Justice.
The Registrar’s Office will fix the cases later subject to the availability of a bench.
