ISLAMABAD, Oct 16 (APP): The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) continues its nationwide monitoring and oversight efforts to improve the quality of telecom services, enhance network performance, and address consumer concerns.
In this regard, various monitoring activities and service improvement measures were undertaken through PTA’s 10 Zonal Offices from 8th to 14th October, 2026.
During this period, PTA’s Zonal Offices, in close coordination with relevant stakeholders, visited various areas in Thatta, Dera Ghazi Khan, Mandi Bahauddin, Quetta, Faisalabad, and Gilgit-Baltistan to assess telecom services and address issues faced by the consumers.
