GUJRAT, Oct 19 (APP):District Police Officer (DPO) Faisal Shahzad on Sunday handed over 88 traced mobile phones to their rightful owners after police successfully located the stolen and lost devices during the month of September using the E-Gadget Monitoring System.
According to a spokesperson, the mobile phones were traced by Incharge IT Sub-Inspector Syed Nadeem Iqbal and his team through modern technological tracking systems.
Expressing their gratitude, the citizens appreciated the prompt efforts and performance of the Gujrat Police in recovering and returning their valuable property.
Speaking on the occasion, DPO Faisal Shahzad stated that protecting the lives and property of citizens remained the topmost priority of the police department. He added that modern technology was being effectively utilized to enhance public service delivery, streamline operations, and trace stolen or missing mobile devices efficiently.
