MOSCOW, Oct 22 (APP):Ambassador of Pakistan to the Russian Federation, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, warmly welcomed a delegation of students from Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, to the Embassy of Pakistan in Moscow.
The delegation included representatives of Kazan Federal University, Kazan State Power Engineering University, and the Kazan Branch of the Russian State University of Justice. They were selected for the Youth Ambassadors Programme of the Kazan-based Academy of Youth Diplomacy, which promotes participation in international affairs and cultural cooperation.
The meeting provided an opportunity for an open and engaging conversation about Pakistan, its people and culture, Pakistan–Russia relations, and the importance of educational and people-to-people contacts.
The students showed keen interest in Pakistan, asking thoughtful questions and sharing their perspectives. Ambassador Tirmizi appreciated their enthusiasm and encouraged them to broaden their horizons by learning about different cultures and experiences.
He also invited them to visit Pakistan and experience its rich cultural heritage and renowned hospitality firsthand.
The Ambassador wished the students success in their academic and professional pursuits and expressed the hope that their time at the Embassy would deepen their understanding of Pakistan and inspire them to learn more about the country.
