LAHORE, Oct 20 (APP):On the directions of DG LDA Tahir Farooq, LDA Town Planning Wing is active against illegal commercial buildings and properties defaulting on commercial fees. LDA teams conducted operations in various schemes and LDA Controlled Areas and sealed 42 properties.
LDA teams carried out operations in Faisal Town, Shadman, Main Multan Road and Defence Road. The teams sealed 15 properties in Faisal Town and 12 properties in Shadman-I for illegal commercial use. LDA teams also sealed 15 properties on Main Multan Road, Thokar to Manga and Defence Road.
The sealed properties include marquees, restaurants, marble stores, food points, private schools, workshops, showrooms, shops, offices and others. The operation was conducted under the supervision of Chief Town Planner-I Asad-uz-Zaman.
On the directions of DG LDA, indiscriminate operations against illegal commercial buildings and commercial fee defaulter properties are continuing.
