ATC cancels interim bails of Naeem Haider Panjutha, Fakhar Jahan

ATC grants 8-Day physical remand of two PTI workers in Nov 26 protest case
RAWALPINDI, Oct 16 (APP): The Special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi on Friday canceled the interim bails of PTI leader Naeem Haider Panjutha and former Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) Fakhar Jahan due to continuous non-appearance during hearings related to political protest cases registered in late 2024.
Naeem Haider Panjutha faces two cases registered at Saddar Hasan Abdal Police Station. The court dismissed his interim bail applications after repeated absences during scheduled calls.
Similarly, the interim bail of former MPA Fakhar Jahan in a case registered at Hazro Police Station concerning the November 26 protests was revoked on identical grounds of non-appearance before the bench.
Hearing on the remaining protest cases was adjourned to a future date without further proceedings.
