RCCI to organize Women’s Business & Lifestyle Expo on October 21,22
RAWALPINDI, Oct 18 (APP):The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) will organize a two-day Women’s Business & Lifestyle Expo on October 21–22 at Chamber House, providing women entrepreneurs with a platform to showcase their products, enhance market access, and explore new business opportunities.
Sharing details, RCCI President Nosherwan Khalil Khan said the expo would feature women-led businesses from diverse sectors, including clothing and fashion, home décor, beauty and skincare, jewellery, gemstones, boutiques, herbal products, and handicrafts, said a press release issued on Sunday.
He said last year’s exhibition received an encouraging response, attracting a large number of visitors who showed keen interest in the quality products offered by women entrepreneurs. In view of this positive response, RCCI has extended the event to two days this year to provide greater exposure and more opportunities for participating businesses.
Nosherwan Khalil Khan further emphasized that small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of the economy. He said the expo aims to support women entrepreneurs, particularly those running home-based businesses, by providing them with opportunities for market access, brand promotion, and business development.
Chairperson of the Expo, Naila Tasadduq, shared that more than 30 stalls would be set up at the exhibition, featuring a diverse range of products and services offered by women entrepreneurs.
She added that the expo would serve as an effective platform for networking, collaboration, and business growth, helping women entrepreneurs expand their customer base and strengthen their presence in the market.
