ATC grants 8-Day physical remand of two PTI workers in Nov 26 protest case
RAWALPINDI, Oct 05 (APP): The Special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi deferred its reserved judgment for a second time regarding prosecution pleas seeking the cancellation of bail for 10 accused individuals named in the Sidra Arab murder case, rescheduling the decision for October 7.
During proceedings, all 10 accused appeared before the court alongside their legal counsel, while the investigating officer and prosecution team presented their arguments urging the court to cancel the pre-arrest bails to facilitate further investigation.
The court had previously reserved its verdict following the completion of arguments from both sides, but extended the date to October 7 after marking the attendance of the accused.
