NCCIA DG Rizvi hears public complaints in E-Kachehri, orders action before next session
ISLAMABAD, Oct 14 (APP): Director General, National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, on Wednesday held an E-Kachehri, personally heard complaints from citizens through telephone calls and directed officers to ensure prompt action on all complaints before the next session.
An NCCIA official said that a large number of citizens participated in the E-Kachehri through telephone calls and presented their problems and complaints directly to the Director General.
Rizvi listened to the callers, reviewed their concerns in detail and issued necessary directions to the concerned officers for the redressal of their complaints.
The DG Rizvi directed officers to ensure immediate progress on all complaints received during the E-Kachehri and submit details of the action taken and results achieved before the next session.
He stressed that public complaints should be handled responsibly and without unnecessary delays.
Rizvi said the E-Kachehri initiative would continue to provide citizens with an opportunity to directly approach the agency’s senior management and raise their concerns.
