LAHORE, Oct 25 (APP):Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday lauded the security forces for eliminating six Indian-sponsored militants during a successful intelligence-based operation in Zarkani area of Dera Ismail Khan.
The premier paid tribute to Naik Ghulam Murtaza and Sepoy Taseer Ahmed, who embraced martyrdom while fighting bravely during the operation.
He expressed his heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the bereaved families of the martyrs.
Shehbaz Sharif paid rich tribute to the security forces for their unparalleled sacrifices in defending the country and eliminating terrorism.
“The sacrifices of our brave soldiers are a shining example of Pakistan’s unwavering resolve against terrorism,” he said.
He added that the entire nation saluted the sacrifices of its brave soldiers and that the sacrifices of the martyrs would not go in vain.
The Prime Minister reaffirmed his resolve to completely eradicate terrorism from the country under Operation Azm-i-Istehkam.
