ISLAMABAD, Oct 02 (APP):Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Friday paid tribute to security forces for carrying out a successful intelligence-based operation against Khawarij in the Eidak area of North Waziristan, where seven Indian-sponsored terrorists were killed.
In his statement, the minister praised the security forces for thwarting the plans of the militants and acknowledged their role in the operation. He said the brave personnel who eliminated seven Indian-sponsored terrorists are heroes of the nation and deserve recognition for their service.
Mohsin Naqvi appreciated the professional capabilities demonstrated by the security forces during the intelligence-based operation. He said their timely action helped foil the intentions of the Khawarij and reflected their commitment to protecting the country.
The interior minister said the brave soldiers of the security forces are a source of pride for the entire nation. He noted that their sacrifices and efforts continue to strengthen the fight against terrorism.
Mohsin Naqvi also praised the continued successes of security forces in counter-terrorism operations. He said their achievements in the war against terrorism deserve appreciation and recognition.
The minister reiterated his support for the security forces and acknowledged their contribution to maintaining peace and security through effective operations against terrorist elements.
