MUZAFFARGARH, Oct 09 (APP):A 28-year-old man was shot dead over old enmity near Peer Wali Pulli in the jurisdiction of Chowk Sarwar Shaheed, Kot Addu tehsil, police said on Friday.
The victim, identified as Muhammad Faryad, son of Muhammad Ramzan, was shot in the chest and on the back below his right shoulder near Chak No. 505 TDA. He died on the spot due to his injuries.
Following the incident, police reached the scene, collected important evidence, and initiated legal proceedings.
Meanwhile, Rescue 1122 personnel, in the presence of police, shifted the body to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital, Chowk Sarwar Shaheed, for post-mortem examination and further legal formalities.
