NCCIA DG Rizvi to hold e-kachehri on Wednesday to hear cybercrime complaints
ISLAMABAD, Oct 13 (APP):Director General National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi will hold an E-Kachehri on Wednesday (October 14) at 11:30 am to directly hear citizens’ complaints related to cybercrime.
An NCCIA spokesperson told on Tuesday that citizens would be able to raise their concerns regarding cyber fraud, online harassment and financial scams during the session.
He said the DG Rizvi would personally listen to complaints and concerns of citizens facing cybercrime-related problems.
The spokesperson said the main purpose of the E-Kachehri was to provide citizens with direct access to the agency’s senior management, ensure timely redressal of complaints and strengthen efforts to prevent cybercrime.
He added that the initiative was aimed at improving public access to NCCIA and helping citizens seek assistance in matters involving online fraud, harassment and other cyber-related offences.
