PM pays tribute to security forces for killing 7 terrorists in North Waziristan

ISLAMABAD, Oct 2 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Friday paid tribute to the security forces for killing seven Khawarij terrorists during an intelligence-based operation in the Eidak area of North Waziristan.

“The successful operations against terrorists are a reflection of the professionalism of our security forces and our national resolve,” the prime minister said in a statement issued by the PM Office.

He said the security forces also destroyed the hideouts of the Fitna al-Khawarij terrorists during the operation, which was commendable.

“The outstanding performance of the officers and personnel of the security forces and law-enforcement agencies is a guarantee of the country’s peace and security,” he said and added that the entire nation stood shoulder to shoulder with the security forces in thwarting the nefarious designs of the Fitna al-Khawarij terrorists.

He said that the security forces will continue their full-scale operations until the elimination of all terrorist elements.

“The entire nation is proud of its brave armed forces,” the prime minister said.
