SBBU begins online pre-entry tests for 2027 admissions
HYDERABAD, Oct 27 (APP):Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University (SBBU), Shaheed Benazirabad, observed “Black Day” on October 27 to express solidarity with the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
A protest rally was organized from the Academic Block to the Administration Block led by Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Madad Ali Shah. A large number of students, faculty members, and administrative staff participated the rally, raising slogans of Allah-o-Akbar to show their support.
Addressing the participants at the conclusion of the rally, speakers recalled October 27, 1947, as a critical turning point in the history of Kashmir issue, marking the entry of Indian troops into Jammu and Kashmir. They said that the primary objective of observing Black Day is to stand in unity with Kashmiris, raise a voice for their fundamental rights, and draw global attention toward a peaceful resolution of the dispute.
Speakers urged the international community to play an effective role in implementing United Nations resolutions, protecting human rights, and ensuring basic rights for the people of Kashmir to establish lasting peace, justice, and prosperity in the region
