ISLAMABAD, Oct 21 (APP):Rear Admiral Khyber Zaman assumed the command as Commander Pakistan Fleet during Change of Command ceremony held at Fleet Headquarters, Karachi.
Rear Admiral Khyber Zaman is a graduate of Air War College (Karachi), National Defence University (Islamabad) and Naval Postgraduate College (USA), said a news release of Director General Public Relations (Navy) issued here on Wednesday.
The Admiral has an illustrious naval career comprising vast experience of various Command and Staff appointments.
His key appointments include Commander Field and Operational Sea Training (COMFOST), Naval Secretary and Additional Secretary-III at Ministry of Defence.
In recognition of his meritorious services, the Admiral was awarded Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military).
